Refund Policy
You'll rarely need a refund! :) Our gift hampers are curated by some of India's top experts and undergo strict quality checks before reaching your loved ones. For personalized products, please note that each item is uniquely crafted, printed, and tailored to your specifications. As a result, customized items cannot be returned. However, depending on an internal review of your case, they may be replaced, or a credit of up to Rs 500 can be issued. T&C applies.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted only if the product differs from what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged, we will work with our shipping partner, Shiprocket, to find the best possible solution. Rest assured, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/bank account or original method of payment within 10-15 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at hugs@awestruck.gifts.
Sale items
We can offer refunds on regular-priced items, but unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding!
