Refund Policy

Awestruck is an online platform for customized and personalized products. Each product is manufactured, printed, and personalized according to the customer's requirements. Due to the unique nature of this business, we have a very strict policy for returns and replacements. A product cannot be returned and can only be replaced if it is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product can be returned ONLY if the product you received is different from what was ordered.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift Cards / Vouchers: To complete your return, please email us at hugs@awestruck.gifts. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than two days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/bank account or original method of payment within 10-15 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at hugs@awestruck.gifts.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, email us at hugs@awestruck.gifts to receive our warehouse address and other return details. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. To ship any item, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
