In the rare and unfortunate event of a wrong product being delivered to the recipient, Awestruck will replace the product free of cost or refund the order amount to the buyer. However, Awestruck has a very strong order-tracking system and takes complete care to ensure that such incidents do not happen. To request a replacement or refund, the customer must email us at hugs@awestruck.gifts with a picture and invoice of the product that was delivered. Please note that without the product picture and invoice, no request for wrong delivery will be entertained by us.
There's almost nowhere we can't reach within India. We use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc., to get to the recipient on time. We typically aim to deliver bulk orders between 10-20 business days and sample orders within 10-12 business days or less. However, it may take a few more business days to deliver products to remote locations. Nevertheless, there's rarely a place where we can't supply happiness.
